WHAT IS SCREEN PRINTING? Screen printing is a direct printing of the logo/text onto the garment. The colored inks are printed directly onto the garment.
Screen printing involves applying paint through a silk screen, which allows the paint to pass through (more or less roughly depending on the width of the silk weave) like a stencil. This technique allows printing of up to 6 colors on any type of textile, with each color to be printed requiring the preparation of a separate screen. This is the oldest and most widespread technique for marking textiles.
THIS TECHNIQUE IS PERFECTLY SUITED FOR:
- Customization of large series.
- Simple patterns on 100% cotton and 50/50 textiles.
- Anti-bleed polyester clothing.

Inconvenience:
- High initial costs.
- Does not take into account graphic specificities: does not allow gradients and shades of colors.
- Risk of error about 3%, small stain, small shift can occur during production, We advise to always take a little more depending on the quantities.

The logo must be provided in the format: .esp , .ai , .dst . In case you have the file in DSP, the digitalization costs will not be charged. -Production time is 10 to 14 working days after approval of the order.

WHAT IS LOGO EMBROIDERY?
Embroidery is a fabric decoration art that traces and forms a flat or raised pattern using threads of various colors. Machine embroidery allows you to apply your logo to various textiles and items. The advantages of embroidery are its appearance and the prestige it brings to clothing.
For the embroidery of your logo, the customization workshop chooses the colored thread closest to the colors of your logo.
For Text embroidery, the workshop will choose the thread color closest to the color of your choice (choice among the Pantone colors offered). You can embroider 2 to 3 lines of text and choose between 5 fonts.
THIS TECHNIQUE IS PERFECTLY SUITED FOR:
- Customization of all types of clothing.
- Personalization of corporate clothing (logo and company name).
- Printing in small and medium quantities (t-shirt, jacket or cap personalized with a name for example).
- Long-lasting clothing because it guarantees strong hold over time.
- One of the noblest and oldest marking techniques.
Inconvenience:
- Due to being pierced by needles, some fabrics may be damaged (e.g., fabrics that are too thin, such as T-shirts, may give way, and PVC-coated rainwear may lose its waterproofing).
- For lettering, a minimum height of 5 mm is required. Some fineness cannot be reproduced.
- Gradients, four-color processing and certain subtleties cannot be reproduced.
- Hoop marks on the garment, advice to use a stimulator or iron
- Not recommended for marking t-shirts.

WHAT IS DIGITAL PRINTING?
Digital transfer consists of rigorous printing of the logo on paper support transferred hot onto the textile using a professional press. This marking technique offers the possibility of reproducing an image or a photo in multi-color or four-color process with the ROLAND SP540V printer, ROLAND CUTTING, DTF DOY.
THIS TECHNIQUE IS PERFECTLY SUITED FOR:
- Customization of large series.
- Possibility of keeping logos for up to 6 months.
- Simple patterns on 100% cotton and 50/50 polyester textiles.
Inconvenience:
- Sustainability.
- Logo color may vary depending on the printer
- Does not take into account graphic specificities: does not allow certain gradients and shades of neon or metallic colors for DTF
