What formats are required for my screen printed logo?

To prepare your logo for screen printing, here are the instructions:

  • Recommended vector format : .eps or .ai files.
  • Color separation : essential if necessary.
  • Alternative formats accepted : .pdf or .jpg in 300 dpi minimum.
  • Pantone References : please let us know the specific colors, if applicable.

Production times

  • Standard :14 working days after validation of the order.
  • Express service : available depending on the time of year (contact us).

Colors included at no extra cost

White, black, yellow, red, navy, forest green, orange, light gray, dark gray, royal blue, navy.

Additional charges

  • Special Pantone ink : $35 for 350g.
  • Special inks (neon, foil, gold) : $95/pint.
  • Unpacking : $0.25/item.
  • Graphic retouching : $40/30 min.
  • Model fees : $30 (if you provide the clothing).
  • Specific assembly : $15 (children, sleeves, polos, zips).(oversized)
  • Oversized location : on request.

Important

We accept customer-supplied clothing, but this will incur a price adjustment. The order must contain at least 72 units minimum . The price is X2 of the price indicated in the table. We reserve the right to refuse to take your clothes or cancel the order without notice.

What is screen printing?

Screen printing is a direct printing technique where inks are applied to garments through a silk stencil (frame).

  • Until 6 colors printable per design (1 frame per color).
  • Ideal for:
  • Maximum print size : 12'' x 14''.

Benefits : durable and suitable for large projects. Limitations :

  • High initial costs (preparation of executives).
  • Does not allow for gradients or complex shades.
  • Possible error rate: approximately 3% (small spots or mismatches). We recommend allowing extra depending on quantities.

Care tips for your screen-printed clothing

  • Follow the garment's washing instructions.
  • Avoid the dryer.
  • Ironing inside out is recommended.
