FILE TYPE AND MINIMUM ORDER
Screen printing:
- • Required file type: AI, EPS or vector PDF, with all images placed and fonts converted to outlines
- • Minimum order: 24 identical prints (logo of the same size and same colors, identical support)
- • Maximum print dimensions (Chest/Back): 12 in. x 12 in.
- • Maximum print dimensions (Sleeve): 3.5 in. x 3.5 in.
- • Maximum print dimensions (Arm): 3.5 in. x 10 in.
- • Pantone color identification with 90% accuracy included
- • Flash (when required) included
Please note that obtaining the same color faithfully when repeating orders is not guaranteed.
Hot transfer:
- • Required file type: AI, EPS or vector PDF, with all images placed and fonts converted to outlines
- • Minimum order: None<
- • Maximum print dimensions (Chest/Back): 12 in. x 12 in.
- • Maximum print dimensions (Sleeve): 3.5 in. x 3.5 in.
- • Maximum print dimensions (Arm): 3.5 in. x 10 in.
Please note that obtaining the same color faithfully when repeating orders is not guaranteed.
Embroidery:
- • Required file type: DST
- • Minimum order: 24 identical embroideries (logo of the same size and same colors, identical support)
- • No modification will be made to the .DST files provided by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the embroidery resulting from the file provided by the customer (e.g. insufficient number of stitches to produce an embroidery quality)
- • Colored threads not included in our stock inventory: $45.00/thread color
- • Digitization of the visual file: $35.00 up to 5000 bites. $7.00 per thousand additional injections.
Note that the thread color number is required, otherwise, there is an additional fee of $25 for the identification of the thread color from a Pantone color.
** FILE TYPES THAT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED : Documents created with Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, MS Paint, Publisher, AutoCAD, PageMaker or any other software whose primary function is not infographics cannot be used. . A vector mode image is required to perform printing.
INFOGRAPHIC SERVICES
- • Hourly rate for our infographic services: minimum $50.00 per half hour.
- • One (1) digital proof is included in each order upon request and for orders of $350 and more only.
- • Changes to the digital proof resulting from customer requests are subject to a fee of $15.00 per editing request.
- • The digital proof is used for approval of the dimensions of the logo as well as the printing location. Images are not to scale and are for illustrative purposes only.
- • The digital proof must be approved 10 working days before the date of receipt of the order.
- • Approvals for digital proofs must be in writing.
- • Visual files must be provided to us in .AI, .EPS with all images placed and fonts converted to outlines.
INFORMATION REQUIRED
To facilitate the processing of your order, we thank you for using the forms provided to you. We are of course at your disposal if you have any questions.
PRODUCTION TIME
The advertised production time is counted from the date your payment is received in full. Any delay in confirmation and receipt of payment will result in an equivalent delay in your orders.
PRICE
The prices displayed for our products are indicated in Canadian dollars, before taxes, unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of processing and shipping costs.
In the event of an order to a country other than Canada, the User is considered the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable to the User. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the company KUSTOM Sportswear / KUSTOM sports clothing. They will be the responsibility of the User and are their sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in their country. The User is strongly advised to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities before ordering on the Site.
Site prices can be changed at any time, all sizes above XXL are subject to higher prices than displayed online.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian dollars.
The company KUSTOM Sportswear / KUSTOM sports clothing reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to any availability.
The products remain the property of the company KUSTOM Sportswear / KUSTOM sports clothing until full payment of the price.
Please note: the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to the User as soon as the latter takes physical possession of the products they have ordered.
EMERGENCY PRODUCTION SERVICE
A 25% surcharge will be charged for production in 5 business days (if available). A 50% surcharge will be charged for production in 48 hours (if available).
PAYMENT TERMS
You can make your payment by check, by bank transfer or Interac transfer or in cash. If you wish to pay for your order by check, please note that a delay of 7 working days is required for processing and that the production time could be extended.
By Visa or MasterCard credit card a 3.5% fee will be charged for orders over $1000 tax in.
All payment must be made before launching production, for organizations or schools within 30 days under certain conditions, any delay will be subject to 6% monthly or 52% per year, as well as $25 for file management.
CHANGE REQUESTS
Once your order has been confirmed, we will do our best to process any requests for changes, as long as your order has not yet been processed. If processing of your order has already started or been finalized, we cannot be held responsible for a change request that could not be processed.
DELIVERY
We offer transport services (paid and variable depending on weight, volume, location and speed of delivery) or the possibility of picking up your goods from our workshop, free of charge, according to the opening hours indicated.
RETURNS OF GOODS
Printed clothing and accessories and other promotional accessories cannot be returned.
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 working hours following the date of receipt of the order.
Please contact our customer service during the period indicated before any return.
In the event of a return authorized by Kustom Sportswear inc., this will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
The customer declares to hold all the rights and permissions required to use the logos/images sent to us for printing purposes. Kustom Sportswear inc. Shall not be held responsible for any trademark or intellectual property infringement that may arise from the printing of the logos/images in question or their distribution.
SAMPLES
We are able to provide samples to our customers, however, there will be a charge for these (product and embroidery), as well as a $50 start-up fee and postage.
Matrix, film and editing costs will not be re-invoiced to you when renewing an identical order.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item as well as shipping costs.
(wrong sizes, colors or styles).
For an exchange there will only be transport costs.
OUR GUARANTEE
Merchandise or brands sold by kustom Sportswear inc., deemed defective following a production or printing error or any order that does not conform to the approved test will be replaced free of charge or a credit applicable to a future order will be kept on file. You must check out your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
No merchandise you bring in for printing, embroidery, or the like will be guaranteed against errors, burns, or the like.
Your merchandise remains your sole responsibility; we cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen.
You must send an email with your request very clearly, color, all sizes or other details.
QUANTITIES
Occasionally, the production of certain items may be subject to plus or minus 5% or sometimes even 10% of the ordered quantity. You will receive an invoice or credit based on the exact quantity delivered. If you paid for your order by credit card, an invoice will be sent to you by email and the amount will be charged or refunded to the credit card used when ordering. If your order was paid by check, a refund or an invoice will be sent to you.
PRODUCTS MADE OF GLASS, CERAMIC OR ACRYLIC
Slight variations or imperfections may occur in material such as glass, acrylic or ceramic. This phenomenon is completely normal and does not represent a manufacturing defect.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Any order for personalized items cannot be modified or canceled.
RESERVATION OF PROPERTY
The delivered products remain our property until full payment of your invoice. An interest fee of 4% per month will be charged for any account more than 30 days late, plus handling fees.
ARTICLE AVAILABILITY
Kustom Sportswear inc. makes daily updates to its web store, which features items from different suppliers and manufacturers around the world. Items are ordered directly from our manufacturers and suppliers. Kustom Sportswear inc. is not responsible for stock shortages of its manufacturers and suppliers or price changes. As soon as manufacturers and suppliers notify Kustom Sportswear inc. of the availability of a new product, a stock shortage or a discontinued product, the website is updated. Customers who have placed an order for an item that is out of stock or discontinued will be notified as soon as possible. A similar product or a refund will then be offered. As certain products must be imported, Kustom Sportswear inc. cannot be held responsible in the event that your order is detained by customs or for any other reason beyond our control. Please note that customs fees and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient for any order delivered outside of Canada.
Likewise, Kustom Sportswear cannot be held responsible for a difference in the color, size or material of the same product reference from one of its suppliers.
COLOR DISPLAY
Colors displayed on screen may vary from monitor to monitor. Product colors may also vary. The product image on the visual is used to indicate the location of the print.
If a specific color is required, we recommend ordering a sample.
Four-color printing can only approximately reproduce PMS colors.
FINAL SALE
All items ordered are considered final sales. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted.
